1. General information:

From May 25, 2018, a new regulation for the protection of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), adopted by the European Union, entered into force. The regulation aims to ensure the protection of the data of natural persons from all EU member states and to unify the regulations for their processing. Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

2. Types of personal data we collect:

Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind can only collect the following data:

• name and surname

• phone number

• email address

That you provide by filling out contact forms on the site. However, we do NOT collect special categories of personal data about you, such as personal data revealing:

• racial or ethnic origin political views

• religious or philosophical beliefs

• membership in trade unions

• biometric data to uniquely identify a natural person

• health data

• personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences.

3. Purposes for collecting your personal data:

The main reason why we collect your personal data is to provide you with access to the website or services of Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind, as well as to carry out your interaction with such services. We currently only process your data for the purpose of:

• Processing inquiries

• Providing assistance

• Personalized communication with you

Providing your personal data is optional! However, if you choose not to provide your personal data, you may not have access to use some of the website's features.

In any case, the personal data collected for the purposes specified in item 3 of this Privacy Policy are kept for the time necessary to provide access to the website. At the end of the retention period, your personal data will be deleted, anonymized or aggregated.

Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind may, at its own discretion, transfer part or all of your personal data to processors of personal data for the fulfillment of the processing purposes in compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679., notifying you in case of intention to transfer part or any of your personal data to third countries or international organizations. Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind may share your personal data with third party providers who perform processing on behalf of Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind and/or its affiliates.

Your personal data may be transferred to other countries within or outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We always check that there are adequate and appropriate safeguards in place that comply with applicable laws to protect your personal data.

8. Your rights regarding personal data?

8.1 Withdrawal of consent to the processing of your personal data:

If you do not wish all or part of your personal data to continue to be processed by Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind for specific or all processing purposes, you can at any time withdraw your consent to processing by requesting in free text in the specified email: healthylifestyle.brightmind@gmail.com. Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind may ask you to verify your identity and identity with the person to whom the data relates.

You have the right to request from Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind the deletion of your personal data, and Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind has the obligation to delete them without undue delay, when any of the following grounds are present:

• the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed

• You withdraw your consent on which the data processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing

• You object to the processing of your personal data, including for direct marketing purposes, and there are no overriding legal grounds for the processing

• personal data were processed unlawfully

• personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the law of a member state that applies to Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind

• personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services

Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind is not obliged to delete personal data if it stores and processes them:

• to exercise the right to freedom of expression and the right to information

• to comply with a legal obligation that requires processing provided for in EU law or Member State law that applies to the Administrator or for the performance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official powers granted to him

• for reasons of public interest in the field of public health

• for the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes

• for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims

In order to exercise your right to be "forgotten", you should submit a request by means of a written request sent to Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind, as well as certify your identity and identity with the person to whom the data relates to Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind, by presenting on the spot your identity card for identification purposes and, if necessary, enter your login details in the profile of the person to whom the data relates to an employee of Healthy Lifestyle Bright Mind. 8.6 Right to Portability:
