Sign up for a one-of-a-kind seven-day intensive Work-Life Balance Program with a professional instructor, psychologist, and energy practices teacher. Are you struggling to find the right balance between work and life? Have you been overwhelmed and unable to fully enjoy your time due to work-related stress? By selecting your preferred date and time, you begin with the first day of the program, and for each subsequent day, you'll need to either reserve or contact us to schedule your session. During this course, we will cover the following: • Time management and efficiency • Keeping healthy boundaries and ways to strengthen relationships • Altering daily processes, mindfulness • Planning, decluttering, greater job satisfaction • scheduling strategy for deep work The learning sessions and e-resources are designed to improve physical, mental, and spiritual health. We will review the current status of your relationship management and discuss ways to improve specific relationships. This course is for you if you have: • Unhealthy lifestyle choices • Poor performance at work or school • Inability to connect with others emotionally • lack of personal enjoyment time • Unfulfilling life experiences or If you are: • Allowing your life priorities to shift quickly • Burning out easily when facing challenges • Developing unhealthy habits • Feeling isolated from society • Reducing the capability to let go
